At Patriot Cable Railing, every system is built with precision and care. Because many of our products are made to order, shipping timelines and methods vary based on order size and configuration.

Lead Times

Standard shipping lead times range from 2 to 4 weeks.
Lead times are dependent upon order volume, and current production schedule.
Larger or custom orders may require additional time; estimated ship dates will be confirmed after order review.

Shipping Origin

All orders ship from Burns, Tennessee (USA).

Shipping Rates

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $3,000 (continental U.S. only).
Orders under $3,000 require a shipping quote prior to fulfillment.
Freight method (LTL, parcel, or dedicated freight) will be selected based on order size and destination.

International Shipping

International shipping is available.
All international orders require a custom shipping quote and may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Additional Notes

Shipping timelines begin once payment is received and order details are finalized.
Patriot Cable Railing is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped.
Customers will be notified when their order leaves our facility.
