Refund Policy
Returns
All returns must be approved in advance. To request a return, please email us with your order details. If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This number must be included inside the return package for processing. Unauthorized returns or packages without an RA# may be refused.
Refund Policy - the basics
We offer a full refund for items that are returned unused and undamaged within 60 days of delivery. Damage to items received must be reported within 3 days of receipt to qualify for refunds. All returns must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
If a return is damaged in shipping, Patriot Railing is not responsible for issuing a refund. In such cases, the customer must file a damage claim with the shipping carrier.

If an item is damaged during return shipping, the customer will receive a full refund, including original shipping costs — provided the damage is properly documented with the carrier.
For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and sufficient packaging to ensure the item arrives safely.
